A strategy you can remember, a plan that can be adjusted and something that ensures you stay on the right path, over time. This is what you get from our strategy concept.

After ordering our strategy concept, you, the board and management get a presentation that introduces the theory behind this concept. It is designed to increase motivation and understanding of what it takes to land a good strategy.

A few weeks after the presentation, the work begins. It starts with preliminary work with you and gathering background information. Then we conduct an analysis workshop. The results are processed by us before we take it with us as input to workshop number 2. This is where the strategy comes to life.

Towards the end, we process everything into a finished document, a finished presentation and a setup that can take the anchoring round in the organization. You must take the lead on that, but we are happy to facilitate!

We see that we are best with the slightly smaller, private companies. Those that have an owner who is willing to take a chance and who has a vision that this will work out. If the company is listed and without a clear owner, our method is not suitable
